How long does your reed diffusers last?

Discover the longevity of our Reed Diffusers

Our Euvella 250ml reed diffusers typically lasts for 3-4 months depending on environmental factors and usage.

  • Factors like wind and sunlight affect evaporation; hence, it's advisable to avoid windy or sunlit spots for prolonged diffuser life.

  • Keep in mind that the number of reed sticks used also influences the longevity of the diffuser

How to use your reed diffusers?

Master the art of using our Reed Diffusers

  • Uncap the wooden cap and  remove the rubber stopper using a fork/spoon if unable to open with hands.
  • Place the wooden cap back & begin by inserting 2-3 reed sticks in.
  • Allow the reeds to soak in the fragrance for about 30 minutes and flip the reeds for the fragrance to disperse into the air.
  • Adjust reed quantity accordingly for preferred scent strength; more reeds intensify the fragrance.

  • Choose a stable and level surface to place your reed diffuser
  • Ideal placement: Near high-traffic areas, away from direct sunlight
  • Position at stomach to nose level for maximum scent dispersion

Are Euvella's reed diffusers pet-friendly?

Definitely! Our Reed Diffusers are 100% pet-friendly. Euvella prides itself on using only the finest essential oils and natural fragrances.

However, do ensure that there is no direct consumption of the oil by your pets as it may be harmful!

How long does delivery take?

Do allow 1-2 business days for processing the order & 2-3 business days for delivery!

Eligibility for Returns 

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your reed diffuser, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the diffuser must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

How can I modify my order?

If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email hello@geteuvella.com within 12 hours after placing your order.

How do I check my order status?

Simply email us at hello@geteuvella.com with your order number and we will get in touch with you within 12 hours or check the tracking number that will be sent to you once we ship out your order!

Where does Euvella ship from?

We ship from a cosy nice island on this planet called Singapore! People call us the "Little Red Dot", and know us for our unique language called Singlish :)
